A note from the Main Office
Parents,  If you are signing your child in late or picking them up early, please be mindful of completing the sign in/out sheet completely and legibly.  Please include the child's full name, reason for lateness or dismissal, the correct time and a full parent/guardian signature.  Completing this sheet correctly will help us maintain accurate attendance records for your child.  Just a reminder that if your child is absent, please complete a Genesis note before 8:00 AM.  Early dismissal forms should be completed by 11:00 AM.
